IMPORTANT: The quality and performance of the supplied master is the client's responsibility. The master is considered to be in 'final form' and ready to manufacture as supplied. Before submitting the master (and a back up copy) the client should ensure both masters perform exactly as desired, because the finished product will be identical to the master that is supplied.
- Always use good quality media and have the masters burned at the slowest possible speed.
- Supply two copies of the master but keep a third copy yourself as a back-up.
- Ensure the supplied masters are clearly identified with your job #, name, and phone number.
- Ensure the supplied masters are packaged appropriately to protect them during shipping.
- If you require your supplied content master(s) to be returned to you, you must make this request
at the time you place your order.
