Step#1: Paperwork

Once your project and artwork is ready for production we will need the following documents filled out, signed and returned before we can proceed.

A. Send us a purchase order. If you need one, CLICK HERE to fill out the online form or CLICK HERE to Download the blank form. Projects cannot start without one!

B. Send us the (IPR Form or IRMA Document) Intellectual Property Rights Form. CLICK HERE to Download the Form. (Replication Only)

C. Send a completely filled in Credit Card Authorization form (SIGNED and DATED) is standard Fax or e-mail CLICK HERE to Download the blank form.

Step#2: Content and Artwork

Content that is supplied can be provided in many formats. We accept supplied content or files on CD-Rom or CD-R (preferred), 3.5" Floppy, Zip 100, FTP or via the PROS Marketing upload site. If you need the upload site please contact your PROS Marketing account representative. We will test your masters as soon as they arrive for initial playability but this is just a quick manual test. All formatting and content is replicated EXACTLY as received. Before you submit your final master Please TEST, TEST, TEST your content. Masters that arrive with digital and/or content errors and that need fixing by PROS Marketing will be subject to a charge for any corrections (Minimum of $150). We recommend that you use ONLY premium Blank CD-R's. *We require TWO copies. (one for a backup). You will need our templates and specification forms to create the artwork for the CD's and DVD's. These files can be downloaded from our Artwork resource page. Artwork should be submitted to us one to two days prior to receiving the master. Always zip files before uploading or e-mailing. Step#3: Payment Methods

We require a 100% payment before any project leaves PROS Marketing. A 50% deposit of the total purchase price prior to duplication or replication is acceptable as long as it is discussed with your sales agent ahead of time. Under no circumstances do we offer credit. We offer the lowest prices on the web and consider them to be a CASH price only. The day we receive the required documents along with your deposit and master is considered day zero. We will then e-mail you to confirm that your project is in production and send you a copy of the final invoice. When your order is complete we will notify you. Send us the balance of the invoice and we'll ship your order to you.
